| Updates to the NYU Admissions website: What's new for 2008-2009! |
July is update month for NYU applications and websites! We are currently working on our on-line 2008-2009 Application for Undergraduate Admission. It should be ready early in August.
We will not produce a paper version of the NYU application this year, but we will post all forms and instructions in .pdf format on our Application Resources page as soon as they are ready (probably by August 1st).
Please DO NOT use the 2007-2008 applications to apply for admission for a 2009 semester. Please be patient and wait for our 2008-2009 application to become available.
Finally, we are also working to update the information on this website. That process should be completed later in the month. (We will post an announcement in this space when all updates are complete. There have been some significant changes this year, most of which are now reflected in our web site copy. For a summary of the most important changes, click on the "what's new for 2008-2009" link above.
To be certain you have up-to-date information, please check back with us later in July when we will have finished the update process.
Enjoy your summer and don't forget that we have a new address. From now on, please use the following address for all written correspondence sent to undergraduate admissions at NYU:
New York University
Undergraduate Admissions Processing Center
665 Broadway, 11th Floor
New York, NY 10012-2339
Prospective students and their families who are interested in visiting NYU over the summer should be sure to make reservations as far in advance as possible. We typically host over a thousand guests each week during the summer, and information sessions fill up rapidly. Click here for information and to schedule your visit. (All visitors should continue to report to the Jeffrey S. Gould Welcome Center, 50 West Fourth Street, New York, NY for information sessions, campus tours, or to drop off materials for the office of undergraduate admissions.)
